We began this journey by developing our own cutting-edge language models and AI-powered tools, aiming to revolutionize automation and streamline various processes.

Since our initial launch, we've listened closely to your feedback and one of the most persistent request has been, “can I use these models to build complete backends or logics as well so that I don’t have to go deep into code”

That’s why today, we are announcing WorqHat Workflows available for everyone. Workflows is a fast way for everyone to design, build and deploy custom backends with absolute ZERO code. Our customers have often told us they can’t find a fast way to automate processes for their business. Things like responding to customer behavior in real time or moving data across tools still feel like a burden.

Our objective was how can we bring you the capabilities of full scale coding to a No-Code where we give you complete flexibility over the outcome.

We do understand coding backends from scratch can be heavy. Really really heavy.

If you come to think about it, there’s a lot of overhead - if your function stops running, good luck figuring out why! 🫡 —and most developers end up spending most of their time on the boilerplate: spinning up servers, building observability for when cron jobs fail, connecting to backends (especially something that requires OAuth 2.0!), etc. All of this instead of actually focusing on the core business logic that drives their business forward.

It just works out the box—including things like monitoring , error handling , and data access and integrations ). Add to that, every workflow is hosted on independent runners making sure every execution is absolutely uninterrupted with no resource sharing.

How it Works

Workflows are composed of a series of blocks––interconnected resource queries or Javascript––that help you visualize your logic on an infinite canvas. Within each block, you can focus on building the custom business logic unique to the automation you’re building.

Here’s how it works:

• Define your trigger: Identify how you want your workflow to run—we support multiple ways - Cron Schedule, Http Request with a File or JSON Body and even Incoming emails.

• Pull in your data: Workflows integrates with any database or API. Just grab a block, query your resources (APIs, databases, etc.), and immediately preview the data your workflow will use.

• Write your logic: Chain together blocks to form sequences of actions. Write code to transform and join data, and write complex conditionals for complete control of your workflow logic. Or, use our pre-built logic blocks, like Loop, Branch, and Filter, to cut down on boilerplate for common code logic.

• Run your process: Deploy your workflow to begin sending notifications, transforming data, escalating incidents, assigning tasks, and more. If you can write it in JavaScript, you can run it on Workflows.

We've packed WorqHat Workflows with features that help developers write and deploy powerful automations faster, including:

• Native integrations: Directly authenticate to, and call, any resource—internal APIs, databases, or most third-party integrations like ––without having to configure OAuth flows or setting up client libraries. In case some integration is missing feel free to reach out to us.

• Functions: Query resources directly inline with code. And because it’s code, it’s fully reusable, you can share it across different blocks across Workflows.

• Debugging and environments: Test and debug by running workflow steps incrementally, just as you would with a step-through debugger in an IDE. Test with mock data locally stored in your device to make testing faster, and more.

• Logging and monitoring: Global error handlers slot directly into your software development practices—get alerts in Email/Discord, or set escalations in emails to get notified immediately if anything in your workflow goes wrong.

• Security and access controls: WorqHat Workflows provides granular access controls, credential management, and audit logs all out of the box.

• Better together: Workflows brings your backend processes into the powerful WorqHat platform, enabling you to reuse data connections and security configuration with no additional infrastructure to maintain.

How Teams use WorqHat Workflows

Companies have used Workflows to automate all kinds of manual tasks.

An India-based delivery service, built over 100 automations in Workflows—from connecting support emails to a Database, to notifying customers when orders are delivered, to creating real-time maps for their field sales team.

A major Indian hiring company built a single workflow to aggregate data across their internal services to provide a weekly metrics report across all of their product data for their leadership team. He adds, “With WorqHat Workflows, my team can focus only on writing the logic unique to our business.”

Every plan comes with 1000 seconds of workflow runs per month & 100 runs included free, so you can focus on the data you’re moving rather than worrying about hitting “step” or “task” limits, and around 90% of our early access users have been able to run their test Workflows within the free limits before scaling it to production.
